Friday Workout Diary 11-13-2020

Today was Bicep and Tricep work. HIIT Treadmill Run 10 Rounds to start off. Normal straight bar bicep curls to start bicep movements. Seated Incline Dumbbell Curls were giving me a good pump as finishers. Triceps were all cable pushdown movements.
